- Products may be opened and partially used — we want you to try them

How to Return
- Contact us at support@regrowthy.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship the product back using the provided label
- Receive your full refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different product or bundle? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund it.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Already-shipped orders follow the standard return policy above. There are zero cancellation fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
